(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 부천시가 6일, 약대1지구와 내동2지구 등 2개 지구에서 지적재조사사업 추진을 위한 실시계획을 수립하고, 온라인 주민설명회를 진행하고 있다고 밝혔다.

부천시에 따르면, 지적재조사사업은 토지의 실제 현황과 일치하지 않는 지적공부의 등록사항을 바로잡고, 종이 지적을 디지털 지적으로 전환하는 국가 정책 사업이다. 

부천시는 올해 사업지구로 약대1지구(약대동 153-13번지 일원)와 내동2지구(내동 101-1번지 일원) 등 141필지(98,791㎡)를 선정해 본격적인 사업에 나선다.

이에 따라 부천시는 실시계획 수립과 함께 주민의 이해도를 높이기 위해 온라인 주민설명회를 열고 있다.

사업시행자인 원미구청장과 오정구청장은 토지소유자 3분의 2 이상 동의를 받아, 부천시청 토지정보과에 사업지구 지정을 신청해야 한다.

온라인 설명회는 지적재조사사업의 개요와 사업지구 현황 등을 영상으로 제작해 ‘부천시 지적재조사’ 유튜브 채널에 게시했으며, 큐알(QR)코드를 통해 누구나 시청할 수 있다.
