(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 부천시가 29일, 2026년 1월 5일부터 시민 대상 평생학습 사업 공모를 진행하고, 이어 1월 8일에는 관련 설명회를 개최해 지역 기반 학습 생태계 강화에 나선다고 밝혔다.

부천시에 따르면, 평생학습 사업 공모는 부천시 평생교육과가 주관하며, 시민의 생애주기와 학습 특성을 반영한 7개 분야의 사업을 대상으로 총 1억 5,100만 원의 예산이 투입된다.

이번 공모는 다양한 시민이 생활권 내에서 손쉽게 학습에 참여할 수 있도록 기획됐다. 

특히, 학습 접근이 어려운 장애인, 느린학습자, 비문해 성인을 포함해 중장년, 직장인 등 폭넓은 계층을 고려했다.

공모 대상은 성인문해교육 지원사업, 장애인 평생교육 지원사업, 느린학습자 지원사업, 베이비부머 교육훈련 지원사업, 퇴근학습길, 시민주도학습, 찾아가는 배달강좌 등 총 7개로 구성되며 일부 사업은 특성과 일정에 따라 2월부터 순차적으로 공모를 진행할 예정이다.
