(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) (재)인천문화재단이 오는 12일 오후 2시, 인천중구문화재단 내리마루 문화쉼터에서 2025 인천 문화예술교육 토론회 “인천 문화예술교육 전용시설을 다시 구상한다”를 개최한다고 밝혔다.

재단에 따르면, 광역 단위 문화예술교육 전용시설 조성은 제1차 인천문화예술교육계획(2018~2022)부터 지역 문화예술교육 활성화를 위한 주요 과제로 지속적으로 제시되어왔다. 

그러나 문화체육관광부의 ‘꿈꾸는 예술터’ 조성 지원사업이 종료된 이후 이렇다 할 방안을 찾지 못하고 있는 게 현실이다. 

이번 토론회는 변화된 정책 환경과 지역 현황을 바탕으로, 인천문화예술교육지원센터의 역할과 기능에 상응하는 전용공간의 모델과 운영 및 조성방안을 모색하는 자리가 될 것으로 기대된다.

토론회에서는 김혁진 모든학교 체험학습연구소 연구위원이 ‘문화예술교육 전용시설에 대한 진단과 대안’을, 최영화 인천연구원 선임연구위원이 ‘인천 문화예술교육 광역 플랫폼 구상’을 주제로 발표한다. 

이어 장성숙 인천광역시의회 문화복지위원회 부위원장, 최정필 서울문화재단 예술교육정책팀장, 우사라 부평구문화재단 예술교육팀장, 정진주 인천문화재단 인천문화예술교육지원센터장이 토론자로 참여하여 인천 문화예술교육 전용시설에 관한 다양한 제언을 나눌 예정이다.
