(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 인천시가 2일부터 ‘도시경관 변천기록 및 관리시스템 고도화 용역’ 결과물인‘인천 도시경관 아카이브 누리집’을 새롭게 개편하고 경관기록 화보집을 온라인으로 서비스한다고 밝혔다.

인천시에 따르면, 시는 지난 2008년부터 인천의 변화하는 도시 모습을 기록, 수집하고 데이터베이스를 구축하는 '경관기록화사업'을 꾸준히 추진해 왔다. 

특히 올해 완료된 3차 사업에서는 경관기록과 함께 ‘인천 도시경관 아카이브 누리집’과 관리페이지 기능을 고도화하고 약 4개월간의 기능 개선과 안정화 및 시범 테스트를 거쳐, 새롭게 개선된 누리집이 마침내 공개되며 경관기록 화보집도 순차적으로 배포한다.

새롭게 개편된 ‘인천 도시경관 아카이브 누리집’은 공모전 수상작과 시민작가단 활동 결과물이 담긴 갤러리가 신설됐다. 

기존에는 별도 신청을 통해서만 제공되던 경관 사진 원본도 이제는 공공누리 제1유형(출처 표시 조건으로 자유 이용 가능)으로 전면 공개되어 누구나 자유롭게 다운로드할 수 있게 된다. 

또한, 인천시에서 제작한 경관계획 보고서는 물론 군·구별 경관계획 등 다양한 정책 자료까지 사이트 내에서 자유롭게 열람할 수 있도록 개선됐다. 

이번 웹사이트 개선을 통해 경관 기록물 활용 범위가 확대되고, 인천의 아름다운 경관이 더욱 널리 홍보될 것으로 기대된다.

이번에 배포되는 화보집은 총 3부로 구성되어 인천의 다채로운 모습을 담아냈다. 

1부에는 경관 권역별 주요 변화상이, 2부에는 인천의 일출·일몰·야경, 개항장 근대건축물 주변 변화 등 전문 작가들의 품격 있는 작품이 수록됐다. 

마지막 3부에서는 시민작가단 '인천 줌 인(Zoom-In)'이 기록한 경관 거점의 계절별 변화 모습을 통해 인천 경관의 사계절을 풍성하게 선보인다.

유정복 시장은 발간사를 통해 “이 화보집은 도시에 쌓아온 경관 기록을 바탕으로, 인천이 간직한 다양한 풍경과 가능성, 그리고 그 의미를 함께 공유하기 위한 뜨거운 열정의 산물”이라며, “이번 화보집이 인천의 도시 정체성과 미래 정책을 이끌어 가는 든든한 밑거름이자 학술적, 사회적 가치를 지닌 또 다른 역사라는 사실을 확인하게 될 것”이라고 전했다.
