이번 방문은 민선 8기 출범 이후 지속적으로 추진해 온 현장 중심 시정의 일환으로 지역 상권에 활력을 불어넣고 시민들의 경제 상황을 직접 살피고자 마련됐다.

먼저 유정복 시장은 연수구 옥련동에 위치한 신규 ‘착한가격업소’인 ‘현이네 김밥집’에 직접 현판을 전달하며 물가 안정에 기여하는 업주에게 깊은 감사를 표했다. 

유 시장은 “어려운 경제 상황 속에서도 시민들에게 저렴한 가격으로 양질의 서비스를 제공하며 가격 안정을 위해 노력해 주신 업주께 감사드린다”며, “앞으로 공공요금 지원 등 '착한가격업소'에 대한 다양한 혜택을 늘리고, 지정 업소 수도 지속적으로 확대할 계획”이라고 밝혔다.
