(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 인천시교육청이 지난 26일 ‘2025 학교현장지원 전담기구 및 과제발굴단 평가회’를 개최하고, 올해 학교현장지원 정책의 성과 및 발전 방향에 대해 논의했다고 밝혔다.

인천시교육청에 따르면, 이번 평가는 ‘현장이 이끈 변화, 함께 만든 내일 – 함께 그린 인천 학교현장지원의 여정과 미래 –’를 주제로 진행됐으며, 전담기구·과제발굴단 위원, 교육전문직원, 학교지원단 관계자 등 100여 명이 참석했다. 

참석자들은 한 해 동안의 추진 실적을 되돌아보고 현장 중심 정책의 방향성을 재확인하는 시간을 가졌다.

올해 추진된 ‘학교현장지원 방안 100선’과 지속추진과제 33선은 학교 현장에서 긍정적인 반응을 얻으며 정책 신뢰도와 수용성 제고에 기여했다. 

교육청은 2026년부터 전담기구와 과제발굴단을 통합해 운영할 ‘학교지원협의체’의 추진 방향을 제시하고, 지속 가능한 지원 체계 구축 방안을 공유했다. 

또한, 모둠 토론으로 협의체 운영 방식과 현장 중심 개선 과제에 대한 다양한 의견을 수렴했다.

이상돈 부교육감은 “오늘 제시된 의견은 교육현장의 변화를 이끄는 중요한 밑거름”이라며 “교육공동체를 위한 지원 체계를 더욱 강화하고 학교가 필요로 하는 지원이 실질적으로 이뤄질 수 있도록 현장 가까이에서 노력하겠다”고 말했다.

인천시교육청은 앞으로도 소통·협력·공감 기반의 학교현장지원 체계를 강화해 학교 수요에 맞는 실질적 지원 정책을 지속 확대할 계획이다.
