이어 “법적 강제력이 부족하더라도 행정이 발휘할 수 있는 영향력은 분명하다”며,“계양구가 이 사안을 끝까지 책임 있게 관리하고 있음을 주민들에게 보여주는 것이 행정의 책무”라고 강조했다. 

또한“의회 역시 필요한 지원을 아끼지 않을 것이며, 앞으로도 주민 안전과 삶의 질 향상을 위해 더욱 책임 있게 노력하겠다”고 밝혔다.
