(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 인천남부교육지원청과 인천강화교육지원청이 읽걷쓰 기반 그림책 창작 활동으로 학생들의 창의력과 세계시민 역량을 키우는 프로그램을 운영한다고 밝혔다.

인천남부교육지원청은 인천화교소중산중고등학교와 함께 읽걷쓰 기반 그림책 만들기 프로그램 ‘그림책으로 만나는 인천-대만 이야기’를 9월 3일부터 10월 15일까지 운영한다.

이번 프로그램은 읽걷쓰교육의 저변 확대와 문화 확산을 위해 기획했으며, 인천화교소중산중고등학교 고등학교 3학년 학생을 대상으로 진행된다. 

학생들은 김보람 그림책 작가의 지도를 받아 대만의 역사·문화·명소·인물 등을 주제로 그림책을 제작하고, 완성된 그림책은 관내 초등학생들의 세계시민교육 자료로 활용될 예정이다.

또, 인천강화교육지원청은 9월 4일 마니산유치원을 시작으로 관내 유치원을 대상으로 ‘그림책 창작 수업’을 본격 운영한다.

이번 수업은 ‘읽걷쓰’ 기반 누리과정을 지원하고 유아의 전인적 성장을 돕기 위해 마련됐으며, 그림책 창작 직무연수를 이수한 교사의 학급을 중심으로 진행된다.

첫 수업이 열린 마니산유치원에서는 전문 그림책 작가가 직접 방문해 유아들과 함께 그림책을 만드는 특별한 시간을 가졌다. 

수업은 나만의 그림책 상상하기, 그림책 스케치 및 채색하기, 그림책 완성하기 3차시 과정으로 진행되며, 완성된 작품은 출판해 유아와 유치원에 제공할 예정이다.
