(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 부평구시설관리공단(이하 ‘공단’)이 지난 7월 3일, 인천삼산경찰서로부터 부평구복합건축물 지하주차장에 대해 ‘범죄예방 우수주차장’ 인증을 재획득했다고 밝혔다. 

공단에 따르면, 이번 인증은 2021년, 2023년에 이어 세 번째로 획득한 것으로, 공단의 지속적인 범죄예방 노력과 안전한 주차 환경 조성의 성과를 다시 한 번 입증한 사례다.

공단은 삼산경찰서 생활안전과와 함께 주차장 관리체계, 방범시설, 조명, 안내표지 등 총 11개 분야 90여 개 항목에 대한 정밀 진단을 실시했으며, 그 결과 총점 113점 중 96점을 획득해 전반적인 평가에서 우수한 점수를 받았다.

‘범죄예방 우수주차장 인증’은 2년 주기로 실시되는 제도로, 공단은 이를 통해 정기적으로 시설의 안전성과 관리체계를 점검하고 있다. 

이는 주차장 내에서 발생할 수 있는 각종 범죄를 사전에 예방하고, 구민이 안심하고 이용할 수 있는 환경을 조성하기 위한 선제적 대응의 일환이다.

부평구복합건축물은 인천시 부평구 삼산동에 위치한 복합공공시설로, 총 65면의 지하주차장을 비롯해 2기의 완속 전기차 충전기, 불꽃감지기 등 안전·편의시설을 갖추고 있어 친환경차 이용자에게도 안전하고 편리한 주차 환경을 제공하고 있다.

Bupyeong-gu Facility Management Corporation (hereinafter referred to as the 'Corporation') announced on July 3 that it had re-acquired the 'Crime Prevention Excellent Parking Lot' certification for the underground parking lot of the Bupyeong-gu Complex Building from the Incheon Samsan Police Station.
