(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 부천시가 지난 1일 열린 ‘월간부천 플러스’ 행사에서 뮤지컬 배우 겸 트로트 가수 에녹(본명 정용훈)을 부천시 홍보대사로 공식 임명했다고  밝혔다.

부천시에 따르면, 에녹은 부천에서 초·중·고교를 모두 졸업한 지역 출신으로, 현재 뮤지컬 배우와 트로트 가수로 활발히 활동하고 있다. 

또한 뮤지컬 무대에서 꾸준한 작품 활동을 이어가며 대중성과 실력을 인정받았으며, 방송과 다양한 공연을 통해 폭넓은 팬층과 소통하고 있다.

부천시는 문화예술과 콘텐츠 산업이 결합된 도시브랜드를 강화하고 중장년 세대와의 소통을 확대하기 위해 에녹을 홍보대사로 선정했다. 

에녹은 앞으로 부천 대표 문화 행사인 ‘시민의 날 콘서트’ 등에 참여해 부천의 다채로운 모습을 알릴 예정이다.

에녹은 “초등학교 때부터 부천에서 살아온 부천은 제게 고향 같은 곳”이라며 “부천국제판타스틱영화제 등 문화의 도시로 잘 알려진 부천의 새로운 얼굴이 될 수 있어 영광”이라고 말하며 이어 “앞으로 부천의 이름을 알리는 데 도움이 되도록 최선을 다하겠다”고 밝혔다.

조용익 부천시장은 “부천을 대표하는 홍보대사로서 부천의 문화적 강점을 널리 알려주길 바란다”며 “앞으로 부천시와 함께 호흡하며 시민들과도 활발히 소통하길 기대한다”고 말했다.

홍보대사 에녹의 임기는 2025년 7월부터 2년이며, 앞으로 오프라인 행사 참여는 물론 온라인 콘텐츠 제작 등 다양한 방식으로 부천시와 시민을 잇는 소통 창구 역할을 수행할 예정이다.

Bucheon City announced at the 'Monthly Bucheon Plus' event held on the 1st that it had officially appointed musical actor and trot singer Enoch (real name Jeong Yong-hoon) as Bucheon City's public relations ambassador.

According to Bucheon City, Enoch is a local who graduated from elementary, middle, and high school in Bucheon, and is currently active as a musical actor and trot singer.

Ambassador Enoch's term is two years starting in July 2025, and he will serve as a communication channel between Bucheon City and its citizens in various ways, including participating in offline events and producing online content.
