(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 인천시가 1일 지역 내 고용 확대와 근로환경 개선에 기여한 21개 기업을 ‘2025년 일자리창출 우수기업’으로 선정했다고 밝혔다.

인천시에 따르면, 시는 2013년 제도 도입 이후 지금까지 총 215개 중소기업을 일자리창출 우수기업으로 발굴·선정하며, 고용 창출을 유도하고 금융·행정적 지원을 통해 기업 성장의 발판을 마련하는 데 기여해 왔다.

올해 인증은 지난 5월 1일부터 23일까지 접수된 26개 사를 대상으로 진행됐으며, 서류심사와 현장실사, 심사위원회 심의를 거쳐 고용 증가 실적, 근로환경 안정성, 사회공헌 등을 종합 평가해 최종 21곳을 선정했다. 

특히, 삼영물류주식회사가 최고점을 받아 최우수기업으로 선정돼 인천광역시장 표창을 수상하게 된다.

선정된 기업들은 제조업, 지식기반 서비스업, 마이스(MICE) 산업 등 다양한 업종에 분포해 있으며, 평균 근로자 증가율은 14.7%에 달한다. 

기업의 경영 건전성과 정규직 비율, 퇴사율, 복지제도, 지역인재 및 취약계층 고용 실적 등도 평가 항목에 포함됐다.

인천시는 인증기업에 인증서와 현판을 수여하고, 최대 55억 원 규모의 경영안정자금 우대, 기술 및 수출 지원, 전시회 참가, 보증료 감면, 고용홍보 등 총 28개 항목의 인센티브를 제공할 예정이다. 

인증서 수여식은 7월 중순 인천시청 대회의실에서 개최될 예정이다.

김진태 시 경제산업본부장은 “일자리창출 우수기업 인증은 단순한 포상이 아니라, 기업의 실질적인 성장과 지속 가능한 고용 확대를 지원하기 위한 제도”라며 “앞으로도 양질의 일자리를 늘릴 수 있도록 다양한 정책을 확대해 나가겠다”고 밝혔다.

Incheon City announced on the 1st that it selected 21 companies that contributed to expanding employment and improving working environments in the region as '2025 excellent job creation companies'.

According to Incheon City, since the introduction of the system in 2013, the city has discovered and selected a total of 215 small and medium-sized enterprises as excellent job creation companies, and has contributed to creating jobs and laying the foundation for corporate growth through financial and administrative support.

This year's certification was conducted on 26 companies that applied from May 1 to 23, and after document screening, on-site inspection, and deliberation by the evaluation committee, 21 companies were selected through a comprehensive evaluation of employment growth performance, work environment stability, and social contribution.

In particular, Samyoung Logistics Co., Ltd. received the highest score and was selected as the best company, receiving a commendation from the Incheon Metropolitan City Mayor.

The selected companies are distributed across various industries such as manufacturing, knowledge-based service, and MICE industries, and the average employee growth rate is 14.7%.

The evaluation items also included the company's management soundness, regular employee ratio, resignation rate, welfare system, and employment performance of local talent and vulnerable groups.

Incheon City will award certificates and plaques to certified companies and provide a total of 28 incentives, including preferential management stabilization funds worth up to 5.5 billion won, technology and export support, exhibition participation, guarantee fee reduction, and employment promotion.

The certificate award ceremony is scheduled to be held in the Incheon City Hall conference room in mid-July.

Kim Jin-tae, head of the city’s Economic and Industrial Headquarters, said, “The certification of excellent job creation companies is not a simple award, but a system to support the actual growth of companies and the expansion of sustainable employment,” adding, “We will continue to expand various policies to increase quality jobs in the future.”
