(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 중부지방해양경찰청이 지난 6월 30일 국가 비상사태에 대비한「2025년 기술인력 동원훈련」을 중부해경청 17층 중부교육훈련센터에서 실시했다고 밝혔다.

중부해경청에 따르면, 이번 훈련은 ‘민방위기본법’ 과 ‘비상대비에 관한 법률’에 따른 기술인력 동원 절차의 실효성을 검증하고, 실제 비상상황 발생 시 민간 전문 인력이 해양경찰 임무를 효과적으로 지원할 수 있도록 하는 데 목적이 있다.

기계, 통신, 전기, 의약 등 총 16개 분야의 자격·면허를 보유한 기술인력 대상자 30명이 훈련에 참여했으며, 인천광역시 각 자치구별로 편성된 대상자들이 현장에서 직접 인도·인수 절차를 거쳤다.

이날 훈련은 동원훈련 대상자 응소 현황 점검, 해양경찰의 주요 임무 및 현황 소개, 기능별 임무 고지, 비상대비 관련 법령 교육 등의 순서로 진행됐으며, 참여자 전원에게는 위기 상황에서의 대응 방안을 교육하고 실습하는 기회가 제공됐다.

중부해경청 관계자는 “해양안전은 국가안보의 핵심 축이며, 이를 위해 민간과 공공이 긴밀히 협력하는 동원체계를 사전에 완비하는 것이 중요하다”며 “향후에도 정기적인 훈련과 점검을 통해 기술인력 동원체계를 더욱 견고히 다져 나가겠다”고 밝혔다.

한편, 중부해경청은 앞으로도 실효성 있는 비상대비 태세 확립을 위해 유관기관 및 지역사회와 함께하는 민·관 협력 훈련을 지속적으로 확대해 나갈 계획이다.
