(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 인천 서구의회가 지난 23일 제2차 본회의를 끝으로 15일간 진행된 제274회 제1차 정례회 일정을 마무리했다고 밝혔다.

서구의회에 따르면, 이날 제2차 본회의 안건처리에 앞서 2명의 의원이 자유발언을 통해 구정에 대한 정책대안을 제시했다.

송이 의원은 내년 2월 종료 예정인 서구영어마을과 관련해 교육 공백을 최소화 할 수 있는 대책 마련을 촉구하며, 서구 영어마을 운영 종료 유예와 대체시설 활용을 통한 임시 영어 교육 거점 마련을 요구했다.  

홍순서 의원은 저소득층 에너지 효율 개선사업의 실효성을 높이기 위한 방안으로 다양한 매체를 활용한 적극적인 홍보와 실무 담당자 교육 내실화, 지역사회 네트워크를 통한 주민참여 확대 등을 주문했다.   

이어 열린 제2차 본회의에서는 11일부터 20일까지 각 상임위원회와 예산결산특별위원회에서 예비심사한 제2회 추가 경정 세입·세출 예산안에 대한 수정안이 최종 채택됐다. 

또, 2024회계연도 결산 및 예비비 지출 승인안 등도 함께 처리됐다.

또한, 의원발의 조례안으로 서구 영상문화 및 영상산업 지원에 관한 조례안(김원진 의원), 서구 어르신 생활디지털 교육 지원에 관한 조례안(김학엽 의원), 서구 경계선지능인 지원 조례안(서지영․김동혁 의원), 서구 취약계층 산후조리비용 지원에 관한 조례안(홍순서·한승일 의원), 서구 산불방지 및 지원에 관한 조례안(고선희 의원), 서구 순환경제사회 전환 촉진 조례안(박용갑 의원) 등 총 54건의 조례안, 동의안을 최종 의결했다.

이외에도 ‘제3연륙교 명칭 청라대교 지정 및 통행료 면제 원칙 이행 촉구 결의안(김원진․김춘수 의원)’과 ‘아마존 데이터센터 고압송전선로 전자파 정보공개 및 주민소통 촉구 결의안(김미연․한승일 의원)’이 채택됐다.

송승환 의장은 “회기를 잘 마무리할 수 있도록 협조해 주신 동료 의원, 공직자 여러분께 감사드린다.”며 “서구의원들은 남은 임기 동안에도 초심을 되새기며 주어진 책무에 끝까지 책임을 다하겠다.”고 말했다.

Incheon Seo-gu Council announced that it concluded the 15-day 274th 1st regular session schedule with the 2nd plenary session on the 23rd.

According to Seo-gu Council, prior to the 2nd plenary session agenda processing that day, two council members presented policy alternatives for the district administration through free speech.

Regarding the Seogu English Village scheduled to end in February next year, Rep.
