(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 인천 지역 8개 교육단체 연합으로 '도성훈 교육감 인천교육 3년, 평가 토론회'를 6월 25일 오후 5시 30분, 인천YWCA 대강당에서 개최한다.

인천교사노동조합, 인천교육연구소, 인천교육정책원, 인천실천교육교사모임, 전교조인천지부, 좋은교사운동인천정책위원회, 참교육을위한전국학부모회 인천지부, 평등교육실현을위한인천학부모회 등 8개 단체의 공동주최로 추진되는 이번 토론회는 도성훈 교육감 체제 인천교육의 지난 3년을 평가하고 이후 과제에 대해 모색하고자 마련됐다.

이재명 정부 출범 이후 교육 개혁에 대한 기대가 높아지는 시점에서 열리는 이번 토론회에서는 인천의 교육단체들이 인천시교육청의 교육정책을 분야별로 분석·평가하고 과제를 분석하며 향후 인천교육 발전을 위한 의제를 도출할 예정이다.

이번 포럼에서는 한국교원대학교 김성천 교수(국가교육위원회비상임위원)의 주제발표를 시작으로 인천교사노조 김정화 정책국장, 인천실천교육교사모임 박지현 교사, 인천교육연구소 이성희 소장, 전교조 인천지부 권오균 정책국장, 좋은교사운동 한성준 공동대표, 평등교육실현을위한인천학부모회 김종찬 공동대표가 인천교육의 분야별 정책에 관하여 토론할 예정이다.

김성천 교수의 주제발표는 ‘인천광역시교육청 3년의 진단과 평가, 그리고 과제’를 주제로 교육감 2기 3년 차를 맞은 도성훈 교육감 교육정책의 성과와 과제를 분석하며 인천의 교육 현안과 미래 교육 혁신을 위한 방향을 제시하는 데에 초점을 맞춘다.

이어지는 토론에서는 각 단체의 토론자들이 인천시교육청 교육정책에 대해 분야별로 분석·평가한다.

인천교사노조 김정화 정책국장은 ‘교육활동 보호와 민원 대응 분야’에 대해 분석하고, 인천교육실천교사모임 박지현 교사는 ‘인천특수교육 변화는 있었는지, 무엇이 남았는가’에 대해 평가한다.

인천교육연구소 이성희 소장은 객관적 데이터인 지표와 통해 인천교육의 성과와 과제를 분석하고, 전교조인천지부 권오균 정책국장은 윤석열 정부 3년의 교육정책과 인천시교육청 3년의 교육정책에 대해 토론한다.
