(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 인천 서구의회가 10일 제2차 본회의를 끝으로 총 11일간 진행된 제273회 임시회 일정을 성공적으로 마무리했다고 밝혔다. 

서구의회에 다르면, 이번 임시회에서는 행정사무감사 결과보고를 비롯해 조례안 및 예산안 등 주요 안건에 대한 심사가 이뤄졌으며, 본회의에 앞서 열린 의정자유발언에서는 지역 현안에 대한 다양한 의견이 제기됐다.

김남원 의원은 검단구 분구에 따라 발생할 수 있는 ‘정서진’ 지명 사용 문제를 지적하며 그에 대한 대책을 제시했다.

김춘수 의원은 공공열분해 시설 추진 사업에 대한 우려를 표명하며 신중한 접근과 대책 마련을 촉구했다. 

박용갑 의원은 생활쓰레기 수집 운반 시스템의 현황과 문제점을 설명하며 제도 개선의 필요성을 강조했다.

백슬기 의원은 최근 서구에서 발생한 화재 사건과 관련하여 친모에 대한 방임 혐의 입건의 부당함을 지적했다. 

장문정 의원은 어린이 보호구역 내 ‘안심승하차존’ 운영과 관련해 행정적․재정적 지원을 요청했다. 

마지막으로 김학엽 의원은 공영주차장에 설치된 카스토퍼의 실태를 조사하고 노후 시설에 대한 교체를 요구했다.   

이어 제2차 본회의에서는 인천광역시 서구 국기 게양 및 선양에 관한 조례안(유은희 의원 대표발의), 국가유산 보존 및 활용에 관한 조례안(심우창 의원 대표발의), 재활용품 수집인 지원 조례안(홍순서 의원 대표발의), 지역서점 활성화에 관한 조례안(박용갑 의원 대표발의), 나홀로 아동 발굴 및 긴급돌봄 지원에 관한 조례안(정태완 의원 대표발의), 분산에너지 활성화 지원에 관한 조례안(김남원 의원 대표발의), 종이 사용 줄이기 지원 조례안(김미연 의원 대표발의) 등 18건의 조례안이 처리됐다. 

또한, 2025년도 일반 및 기타특별회계 제1회 추가경정 세입·세출 예산안 도 의결됐다. 

이번 추경예산은 기정예산 대비 1.13% 증가한 1조 3,443억 3,163만 3천 원으로, 예산결산특별위원회 심사를 거쳐 최종 확정됐다.

송승환 의장은  “이번 임시회 기간 2024년 행정사무감사 결과보고와 조례안 심사 등 주요 안건 처리를 위해 성실히 임해준 의원들과 적극 협조해 준 집행부 공직자들에게 감사드린다”며 “앞으로도 구민의 목소리에 더욱 귀 기울이며, 신뢰받는 의회를 위해 최선을 다하겠다.”고 밝혔다. 

한편, 다음 회기인 제274회 제1차 정례회는 오는 6월 9일부터 23일까지 15일간 개최될 예정이다.

Incheon Seo-gu Council announced that it successfully concluded the 273rd extraordinary session schedule that lasted a total of 11 days with the 2nd plenary session on the 10th.

According to Seo-gu Council, this extraordinary session reviewed major agenda items such as administrative audit results reports, ordinances, and budgets, and various opinions on local issues were raised in the free speech held before the plenary session.

Rep. Kim Chun-soo expressed concerns about the public pyrolysis facility project and urged a cautious approach and the preparation of countermeasures.

In the second plenary session, 18 bills were processed, including the Ordinance on Raising and Promoting the National Flag of Seo-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City (proposed by Rep. Yoo Eun-hee), the Ordinance on Preservation and Utilization of National Heritage (proposed by Rep. Shim Woo-chang), the Ordinance on Supporting Recyclable Goods Collectors (proposed by Rep. Kim Mi-yeon).

In addition, the 1st Additional Budget for General and Other Special Accounts for 2025 was also passed.

This supplementary budget is 1.344,331,633,000 won, an increase of 1.13% compared to the previous budget, and was finalized after review by the Budget and Settlement Special Committee.
