(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 인천계양소방서가 지난 9일 그랜드 오스티엄에서 열린 인천소방본부 주관 '구급업무 연찬 발표대회'에서 영예의 대상을 수상했다고 밝혔다.

계양소방서에 따르면, 이번 대회는 인천지역 11개 소방서가 참여해 현장에서 즉시 활용 가능한 구급업무 우수 정책을 공유하고 확산하기 위해 개최됐다.

계양소방서 대표로 출전한 고종인 소방장과 안태정 소방교는 '한 줄기 및 3S 들것, 빛으로 안전을 더하다!'라는 주제로 발표를 하며 열띤 경연을 펼쳤다.

발표의 주요 내용은 야간 구급활동 중 시야 확보를 위한 개선 방안으로, 들것의 전·후방과 좌우 측면에 특수 조명을 설치하고 들것 가장자리에는 야광띠를 부착해 긴급·응급·비응급·지연 환자 상태를 색깔로 신속히 분류할 수 있도록 한 것이다.

소방서에 따르면 이러한 개선은 어두운 야간 교통사고 현장과 같은 긴박한 상황에서 소방대원과 환자 모두의 시야를 확보하여 안전성을 크게 높일 수 있다.
