(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 경인지방통계청이 9일, 2025년 3월 인천시 고용동향을 발표했다.
자료에서 15세이상인구 및 경제활동인구를 보면, 2025년 3월 15세이상인구는 270만명으로 전년동월대비 4만 3천명(1.6%) 증가했다.
경제활동인구는 176만 7천명으로 전년동월대비 3만명(1.7%) 증가했으며 경제활동참가율은 65.4%로 전년동월과 동일했다.
비경제활동인구는 93만 3천명으로 전년동월대비 1만 3천명(1.5%) 증가했다.
성별 전년동월대비 증감을 보면, 남자는 34만 2천명으로 1만 5천명(4.4%) 증가했고, 여자는 59만 1천명으로 1천명(-0.2%) 감소했다.
취업자 동향에서 취업자 및 고용률을 보면, 2025년 3월 취업자는 170만 8천명으로 전년동월대비 4만 4천명(2.7%) 증가했다.
성별 전년동월대비 증감을 보면 남자는 96만 1천명으로 1만 3천명(1.4%), 여자는 74만 7천명으로 3만 2천명(4.4%) 각각 증가했다.
고용률은 63.3%로 전년동월대비 0.7%p 상승했다.

직업별 취업자의 전년동월대비 증감을 보면, 사무종사자 2만 7천명(8.6%), 관리자ㆍ전문가 2만 7천명(7.1%), 서비스ㆍ판매종사자 1만 9천명(5.3%) 각각 증가했으나, 기능·기계조작·조립·단순종사자는 2만 9천명(-4.6%) 감소했다.
종사상 지위별 취업자에서 종사상 지위별로 전년동월대비 증감을 보면, 임금근로자는 2만 7천명(2.0%), 비임금근로자는 1만 7천명(5.5%) 각각 증가했다.
임금근로자 중 상용근로자는 3만 7천명(3.7%), 임시근로자는 4천명(1.4%) 각각 증가했으나, 일용근로자는 1만 4천명(-21.9%) 감소했다.
비임금근로자 중 자영업자는 1만 6천명(5.4%), 무급가족종사자는 2천명(6.5%) 각각 증가했다.
취업시간대별 취업자에서 취업시간대별 취업자의 전년동월대비 증감을 보면, 36시간 미만 취업자는 35만 3천명으로 2만 8천명(8.7%) 증가했고, 36시간 이상 취업자는 132만 9천명으로 1만 2천명(0.9%) 증가했다.
