(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 농림축산식품부와 한국농수산식품유통공사(이하 aT)가 오는 4월 11일까지 ‘식품외식·푸드테크기업 청년 인턴십 지원사업’에 참여할 업체를 모집한다. 

aT에 따르면, 이번 사업은 기업의 인건비 부담을 경감하는 동시에 청년들에게는 현장 실무경험과 기술 습득 기회를 제공해, 관련 산업 분야의 안정적인 일자리를 확대하기 위해 계획됐다.

모집 대상은 청년인턴을 1개월 이상 채용할 계획이 있거나 채용 중인 국내 중소․중견 식품외식기업과 푸드테크기업 중 해당 채용인원의 50% 이상을 정규직으로 전환할 예정인 기업이다.

선정된 경우 식품외식기업은 인턴 한 명당 월 100만원(3개월 한도, 기업당 최대 30명), 푸드테크기업은 한 명당 월 150만원(6개월 한도, 기업당 최대 6명)의 연수비를 지원하며, 인턴의 직무역량 향상을 위한 교육도 별도 제공한다.

The Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs and the Korea Agro-Fisheries & Food Trade Corporation (hereinafter aT) are recruiting companies to participate in the ‘Food, Restaurant, and Food Tech Company Youth Internship Support Project’ until April 11.

According to aT, this project was planned to reduce the burden of labor costs for companies while providing young people with opportunities to gain practical experience and acquire skills, thereby expanding stable jobs in related industries.

The recruitment target is domestic small and medium-sized food and restaurant companies and food tech companies that plan to hire or are hiring young interns for more than one month and plan to convert more than 50% of the employees to regular employees.

In the case of selection, food and restaurant companies will support training expenses of 1 million won per month per intern (limited to 3 months, up to 30 people per company), and food tech companies will support training expenses of 1.5 million won per month per intern (limited to 6 months, up to 6 people per company), and separate training will be provided to improve the interns’ job competency.
