(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 부천시가 3월부터 9월 말까지 위기 가구를 대상으로‘상세주소 직권부여’ 기초조사에 나선다고 밝혔다. 

부천시에 따르면, 이번 조사는 단독주택과 다가구주택 등 상세주소가 누락된 주택을 대상으로 실시되며 현장을 직접 방문해 주택의 출입구, 호수 등을 상세히 점검할 계획이다.

상세주소는 도로명주소 건물번호 뒤에 동·층·호수 등을 포함하는 주소 정보로, 단독주택과 다가구주택 등에 부여된다. 

기존에는 건물 소유자나 임차인이 개별 신청해야 했지만, 자치단체장이 직접 조사해 부여할 수도 있다.

이번 조치는 주소 부재로 인해 택배·우편물 수령이 어려운 주민들의 불편을 해소하고, 복지지원을 받지 못하는 위기 가구를 보호하기 위해 마련됐다. 

부천시는 우선적으로 위기 가구를 중심으로 조사한 후, 직권부여 대상 가구를 확정하여 현장조사를 실시한다. 

조사원들은 각 가구를 방문해 출입구 위치와 호수 등 기본 정보를 확인하며, 원활한 조사를 위해 주민들에게 출입 협조를 요청할 계획이다.

부천시는 앞으로도 복지 사각지대를 해소하고 시민 생활 편의를 높이기 위해 상세주소 직권부여 정책을 지속적으로 추진할 방침이다.
