(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 부평구시설관리공단(이하 '공단')이 지난 11일 북부교육문화센터 3층 대강당에서 노사 평화선언식을 개최하며, 인간 존중을 바탕으로 한 상생과 협력의 노사 관계 구축을 다짐했다고 밝혔다.

공단에 따르면, 이번 선언식에는 윤낙영 공단 이사장과 부평구시설관리공단직장노동조합 김선준 위원장, 인천부평구시설관리공단노동조합 김성권 위원장을 비롯한 공단 노·사 대표들이 참석한 가운데 진행됐으며, 무분규 사업장 조성, 창조적 기업문화 구축, 근로자의 삶의 질 향상, 노사 상생 경영을 통한 무재해 사업장 실현, 부평구민 복리증진 기여 등을 주요 내용으로 하는 평화선언을 함께 채택했다.

공단과 노동조합은 이번 선언을 통해 민주적 절차와 합리적인 의사결정을 기반으로 한 협력적 노사 관계를 지속하고, 공정한 노동 환경 조성 및 안전한 근로 환경 구축에 함께 노력할 것을 다짐했다.
