(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 경인지방통계청이 12일, 2025년 2월 인천시 고용동향을 발표했다.

자료에서 15세이상인구 및 경제활동인구를 보면, 2025년 2월 인천시 15세이상인구는 269만 7천명으로 전년동월대비 4만 4천명(1.7%) 증가했다.

경제활동인구는 176만 2천명으로 전년동월대비 4만명(2.3%) 증가했으며 경제활동참가율은 65.3%로 전년동월대비 0.4%p 상승했다.

비경제활동인구는 93만 5천명으로 전년동월대비 4천명(0.5%) 증가했다.

성별 전년동월대비 증감을 보면 남자는 34만 7천명으로 1만 2천명(3.4%) 증가했으나, 여자는 58만 8천명으로 7천명(-1.2%) 감소했다.

취업자 동향에서 취업자 및 고용률을 보면, 2025년 2월 취업자는 169만 6천명으로 전년동월대비 3만 9천명(2.3%) 증가했다.

성별 전년동월대비 증감을 보면 남자는 95만명으로 5천명(0.6%) 증가했고, 여자는 74만 7천명으로 3만 3천명(4.7%) 증가했다.

고용률은 62.9%로 전년동월대비 0.4%p 상승했으며 성별 전년동월대비 증감을 보면 남자는 71.1%로 0.8%p 하락했고, 여자는 54.8%로 1.6%p 상승했다.

또, 15~64세 고용률(OECD 비교 기준)은 69.8%로 전년동월대비 1.3%p 상승했다.

산업 및 직업별 취업자에서 산업별 취업자의 전년동월대비 증감을 보면, 사업․개인․공공서비스 및 기타 3만 6천명(5.5%), 전기․운수․통신․금융업 1만 8천명(7.0%), 도소매․숙박음식점업 3천명(1.2%) 각각 증가했으나, 건설업 1만 6천명(-11.5%), 제조업 8천명(-2.6%) 각각 감소했다.

직업별 취업자의 전년동월대비 증감을 보면, 관리자ㆍ전문가 3만 4천명(9.4%), 사무종사자 2만 4천명(7.6%), 서비스ㆍ판매종사자 1만 9천명(5.5%) 각각 증가했으나, 기능·기계조작·조립·단순종사자 4만 2천명(-6.7%) 감소했다. 

종사상 지위별 취업자에서 종사상 지위별로 전년동월대비 증감을 보면, 임금근로자는 2만 7천명(2.0%), 증가했고, 비임금근로자는 1만 2천명(3.6%) 증가했다.

임금근로자 중 상용근로자는 4만 4천명(4.5%) 증가했으나, 일용근로자는 1만 5천명(-23.4%), 임시근로자는 3천명(-0.8%) 각각 감소했고 비임금근로자 중 자영업자는 8천명(2.6%), 무급가족종사자는 4천명(14.7%) 각각 증가했다.

취업시간대별 취업자에서 취업시간대별 취업자의 전년동월대비 증감을 보면, 36시간 미만 취업자는 33만 9천명으로 61만 1천명(-64.3%) 감소했고, 36시간 이상 취업자는 132만 3천명으로 64만명(93.8%) 증가했다. 

주당 평균 취업시간은 38.9시간으로 전년동월대비 4.8시간 증가했다.

실업자 동향를 보면,  2025년 2월 실업자는 6만 6천명으로 전년동월대비 1천명(1.7%) 증가했다.

성별 전년동월대비 증감을 보면 남자는 3만 8천명으로 5천명(14.8%) 증가했으나, 여자는 2만 8천명으로 4천명(-12.2%) 감소했다.

실업률은 3.7%로 전년동월대비 0.1%p 하락했으며, 성별 전년동월대비 증감을 보면 남자는 3.8%로 0.4%p 상승했으나, 여자는 3.6%로 0.7%p 하락했다.
