(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도기자) 인천 서구가 5일,  인천시가 실시한 2024년도 군·구 행정실적 종합평가 중 경제 분야 평가시책인 ‘건축행정건실화 추진’ 종합평가에서 1위에 선정됐다고  밝혔다. 

서구에 따르면, 구는 건축행정건실화 평가에서 4년 연속 1위로 선정되며, 건축 행정 우수 지자체의 면모를 보였다.

우수 사례로는 신규로 착공되는 건설 현장에 건설기술인이 사전 안전사고 예방 교육을 시행한 점이 뽑혔다.

또 ‘건축공사 현장 안전 현수막’을 설치 제공하여 건설공사 현장의 안전관리 강화한 점도 좋은 평가를 받았다. 

덧붙여 ‘세대공감 건축 소통방’을 운영하여 신규공무원이 적합한 민원 처리를 할 수 있도록 도운 점 역시 업무를 효율적으로 처리한 사례로 평가됐다. 

서구 관계자는 “4년 연속 1위는 건축 행정 수요에 적극적으로 대응하고, 구민 만족도 제고에 노력한 결과”라며, “건축 행정 역량을 인정받은 만큼 앞으로도 안전하고 신뢰받는 건축 행정 서비스를 제공하겠다”고 말했다. 

또한, 인천 서구가 5일,  인천시에서 주관한 ‘2024년 군·구 행정실적 종합평가’에서 총 7개 분야 중 경제 분야 1위, 환경녹지분야 2위, 균형발전 분야 3위를 달성했다고 밝혔다.

서구에 따르면, 인천시는 매년 10개 군·구를 대상으로 위임 및 보조금 지원사업에 대해 7개(경제, 환경녹지, 균형발전, 소통·공감, 교육·안전, 교통, 복지)분야 34개 일반 시책을 정량평가(90%)와 정성평가(10%)를 합산해 평가한다.

그 결과, 올해 서구는 노인 사회활동 지원사업 추진, 대기환경 업무 추진, 생활환경 업무 추진, 토지행정 및 공간정보 업무 추진, 건축행정 건실화 추진, 지역사회 건강증진사업 추진 등의 6개 시책사업이 1위를 달성했다.

또, 시책 2위 11개(주민자치 활성화 및 공동체 기반 조성, 주택관리 및 주거복지 업무 추진 등)와 3위 3개(아이 낳고 키움이 행복한 인천, 자원순환도시 인천조성 사업 등)로 총 20개의 시책이 상위권 순위에 들었다.

이와 함께 서구는 2024년 군·구 행정실적 종합평가에서 장애인 자립기반 및 사회참여 확대를 위한 장애인 표준사업장 생산품 우선구매 업무협약 체결, 전통시장 화재안전 예방을 위한 캠페인 및 각종 화재 안전 검검 실적, 건축행정 건실화를 위한 관내 건축공사현장 안전 현수막 설치 및 공공건축물 조류충돌방지 조치 시행 등이 우수한 사례로 높은 평가를 받았다.
