(브레이크뉴스인천 문광수 기자) 부천시가 지난 3월 1일부터  청년 구직자의 경제적 부담을 덜고 취업을 지원하기 위해 ‘부천 청년 사진 드림(Dream)’ 사업을 시행하고 있다고 밝혔다.

부천시에 따르면, ‘부천 청년 사진 드림(Dream)’ 사업은 2022년 숙의예산을 통해 제안돼 2023년 처음 시행됐다. 

2024년 만족도 조사에서 긍정적인 반응을 얻은 만큼, 올해도 3월부터 약 256명의 청년 구직자를 대상으로 자격증·면접용 증명사진 촬영을 지원할 예정이다.

지원 대상자는 부천시에 주소를 둔 18~39세 청년(1986~2007년 출생)으로, 2007년생의 경우 취업을 준비하는 특성화고 졸업생에 한해 신청할 수 있다.

지난해 상·하반기로 나누어 접수했던 것과 달리, 올해는 3월 1일부터 11월 30일까지 접수를 진행한다. 

1인당 연간 1회 이용할 수 있으며, 선정 후 한 달 이내에 촬영하지 않으면 자격이 소멸된다. 

또, 예산이 소진되면 조기 마감될 수 있다.

신청은 경기도일자리재단이 운영하는 ‘통합접수시스템’에서 할 수 있으며, 대상자로 선정된 청년은 지정된 사진관을 방문해 서비스를 이용하면 된다.

2025년 증명사진 촬영 지원 사업 운영업체는 공개 모집과 심사를 통해 청년들의 접근이 용이하고, 정장 보유 수와 전문성 등을 갖춘 ‘팰리스 스튜디오’가 선정됐다.

부천시는 이와 함께 청년들의 구직 성공을 돕기 위해 다양한 취·창업 교육 사업도 진행하고 있다. 

‘부천시 일드림센터’에서는 희망기업과 연계한 훈련 프로그램, 맞춤형 직업 능력 개발 과정, 청년 창업가 양성 프로그램 등을 제공하며, 면접 준비 비용 부담을 줄이기 위한 면접 정장 무료 대여 사업도 진행 중이다.

또한,  부천시 취·창업 훈련 전문기관인 ‘부천시일드림센터’가 오는 3~4월 지역 산업 특성에 맞춘 일자리 창출을 목표로 4개 취업·창업 교육 과정의 교육생을 모집한다고 밝혔다.

일드림센터에 따르면, 이번 교육은 청년과 지역 주민의 직업 역량 강화 프로그램으로 청년취업브릿지(4일 단기 특강), ERP 물류·생산 다기능 전문가 취업 과정, 디지털 마케팅&웹디자인(UX/UI) 취업 과정, 라이브 커머스(쇼호스트) 창업가 양성과정 등 실무 중심의 프로그램으로 구성됐으며 각 과정은 분야별 전문가가 직접 강의하며, 실무 중심의 교육이 진행된다.

교육비는 전액 무료이며, 수료자에게는 관내 기업과의 연계를 통한 취‧창업 기회, 1:1 컨설팅, 사후 관리 등 다양한 지원이 제공된다.

정윤희 부천시일드림센터장은 “일드림센터는 실질적인 취‧창업 지원을 위해 다양한 프로그램을 운영하고 있으며, 지역 기업과 협력해 청년들에게 더 많은 기회를 제공하고 있다”며 적극적인 참여를 당부했다.

조국제 일자리정책과장은 “청년들이 체감하는 일자리 문제가 심각한 수준”이라며 “부천시는 청년과 지역 주민을 위한 맞춤형 일자리 정책을 지속적으로 확대해 나가겠다”고 밝혔다.
