(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 인천삼산경찰서가 지난 26일 여성청소년과에서 경찰서 5층 강당에서 아동 대상 범죄예방을 위한 아동안전지킴이 발대식을 개최하고 아동안전지킴이 위촉장을 수여했다고 밝혔다. 

삼산경찰서에 따르면, 아동안전지킴이는 3월 4일부터 12월 말까지 삼산서 관내 초등학교 통학로 주변을 중심으로 아동 대상 범죄예방 활동을 수행하는 치안보조 인력으로서 활동하게 된다.

이날 발대식은 아동보호 활동에 필요한 직무교육과 아동 성인지 강화교육을 통해 아동안전지킴이 근무에 필요한 역량을 강화하고 아동이 더 안전하고 행복한 인천을 만드는데 열정과 의지를 재확인하는 자리였다.

김선권 삼산경찰서장은 40명의 아동안전지킴이 모두에게 위촉장을 전달하고 악수를 나누면서 관내 아동들이 더 안전하고 행복한 환경에서 자라기를 바라는 열정과 의지가 전해졌다고 하면서 아동안전지킴이에 대한 경찰과 지역사회의 기대가 높은 만큼 삼산서 관내 20개 초등학교 만 여명의 학생이 안전한 환경을 만드는데 최선을 다해 줄 것 을 당부했다.
