(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 대한적십자사 인천지사 소속 행복플러스봉사회가 지난 10일 서구 석남동에 위치한 몯갈비 인천본점의 후원을 받아 고립청년들을 위한 서구몯갈비 갈비탕 30세트 포장 및 배달 봉사활동을 진행했다.

이번 활동은 행복플러스봉사회가 서구 지역 소상공인들과 체결한 업무협약(MOU)의 일환으로 이루어졌으며 이날 준비된 갈비탕은 민·관의 추천을 통해 선정된 서구 내 30명의 고립청년 가정에 전달됐다.

행복플러스봉사회가 진행하는 고립청년 식사지원 프로젝트는 몯갈비 인천본점의 갈비탕뿐만 아니라 족발신선생의 족발·보쌈 도시락, 돼지랑찌개랑의 주물럭 정식 등 다양한 메뉴로 청년들에게 건강한 식생활을 지원 할 예정이며, 모든 예산은 봉사회 소속 청년들과 후원에 동참한 업체 대표들의 자발적 기부로 마련되었다.

남기호 행복플러스봉사회 회장은 “소상공인들이 어려운 여건 속에서도 관내 청년들을 위해 매달 식사지원을 결정해 주신 대표님들께 감사드린다”며, “봉사회 청년들이 고립청년들을 직접 돕고 그들이 사회에 적응할 수 있도록 적극 지원하겠다”고 전했다.

한편, 행복플러스봉사회는 2025년도 주요 봉사 계획을 고립청년 지원으로 정하고, 식사지원 사업뿐만 아니라 여가지원 사업, 제빵 봉사활동 등 다양한 활동을 지속적으로 펼칠 예정이다.
