(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 부천시가 오는 2월 10일부터 28일까지 ‘고리울 집수리 지원사업’ 신청자를 모집한다고 밝혔다

부천시에 따르면, 이번 사업은 고강지역 도시재생 뉴딜사업의 일환으로, 노후주택을 보수해 주거환경을 개선하고 보다 안전한 생활공간을 조성하기 위해 추진된다.

집수리 지원대상은 고강 도시재생 활성화 지역 내 준공 및 사용승인 후 20년이 지난 단독·다가구·다세대·연립주택이며, 올해 17호를 지원할 계획이다.

공사 범위는 지붕, 단열, 방수, 도장 등 건물 외부 보수와 담장 및 대문 경관 개선을 위한 보수 등이 포함된다. 

신청자 모집 후 집수리 점검단과 선정위원회를 통해 공사 내용을 확정하며, 시에서 설계 및 공사를 일괄 발주할 계획이다.

지원금액은 자부담 10%를 포함해 최대 2,000만원을 지원할 예정이다. 

단독주택은 최대 1,601만원, 공동주택은 전유부와 공유부가 나뉘는 특성을 반영하여 전유부 500만원, 공유부 1,400~2,000만원 한도로 구분해 지원할 예정이다.

Bucheon City announced that it will recruit applicants for the ‘Goriul House Repair Support Project’ from February 10 to 28

The target of the house repair support is single-family, multi-family, multi-unit, and townhouses in the Gogang urban regeneration activation area that have been completed and approved for use for 20 years, and plans to support 17 units this year.
