(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 부천시가 최근 2025년 장기요양 재택의료센터 시범사업 참여기관으로 보건복지부 공모사업을 통해 선정된 3개 의료기관(부천의료복지사회적협동조합 부천시민의원, 중동한의원, 역곡휘문한의원)과 업무협약을 체결했다고 밝혔다.  

부천시에 따르면, 시는 부천시민의원과 함께 2022년부터 보건복지부 선도사업으로 시작된 재택의료센터 시범사업을 지속적으로 추진해왔으며, 2024년 중동한의원, 2025년 역곡휘문한의원이 보건복지부 시범사업에 추가 선정되면서 재택의료센터 운영을 확대했다. 

장기요양 재택의료센터 시범사업은 장기요양 재가급여 대상자(1~5등급) 중 거동이 불편하고 재택의료가 필요한 대상자에게 다학제 재택의료팀(의사, 간호사, 사회복지사)이 방문하여 방문진료‧간호, 지역사회 자연원계 등 의료-요양-돌봄 통합서비스를 제공하는 사업이다.

부천시는 양‧한방의원이 함께 사업을 추진하여 돌봄대상자들이 필요에 따라 원하는 의료서비스를 선택할 수 있고, 병원 입원이나 시설 입소 없이 집에서 전문적인 보건‧의료 서비스를 받을 수 있다.

Bucheon City recently announced that it signed a business agreement with 3 medical institutions (Bucheon Medical Welfare Social Cooperative Bucheon Citizens’ Clinic, Jungdong Oriental Medicine Clinic, Yeokgok Hwimun Oriental Medicine Clinic) selected through a public offering by the Ministry of Health and Welfare as participating institutions in the 2025 Long-Term Care Home Medical Center Pilot Project.

According to Bucheon City, the city has been continuously promoting the home medical center pilot project that started as a Ministry of Health and Welfare pilot project in 2022 together with Bucheon Citizens' Council, and expanded the operation of the home medical center when Jungdong Hanuiwon in 2024 and Yeokgok Hwimun Hanuiwon in 2025 were additionally selected for the Ministry of Health and Welfare pilot project.

The long-term care home medical center pilot project is a project in which a multidisciplinary home medical team (doctors, nurses, social workers) visits long-term care home care recipients (grades 1-5) who have difficulty moving and need home medical care, providing integrated medical-care-care services such as home visits, nursing, and community natural resources.

Bucheon City is promoting the project together with oriental and western medicine clinics so that care recipients can choose the medical service they want according to their needs and receive professional health and medical services at home without hospitalization or facility admission.
