부천시에 따르면, 이번에 해제되는 구역은 원미구 중동, 상동 일부 지역이다. 이로써 부천시 토지거래허가구역은 대장 안동네 도시개발사업지구 하나만 남게 되었다.
이번 해제 조치로 부천시 1기 신도시 선도예정지구는 토지거래 계약 허가 절차 및 5년 이하의 토지이용 의무가 소멸한다.
부천시는 “이번 토지거래 허가 구역 해제로 인한 투기적 토지거래 및 지가급등에 탄력적으로 대처하기 위해 부동산의 가격변동과 거래정보 모니터링을 지속할 계획”이라고 밝혔다.
