(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 인천시교육청이 3일, 학교도서관 담당자의 교수-학습 역량 강화를 위해 교육연수원과 함께 마이크로 러닝 콘텐츠를 제작, 2025년 1월부터 본격 제공한다고 밝혔다.

인천시교육청에 따르면, 이번 콘텐츠는 인천시교육청의 5대 교육정책인 학교도서관 활성화와 ‘읽걷쓰’ 정책 연계 강화를 위해 제작되었으며, 학교도서관 담당자 업무 매뉴얼, 학교도서관 독서교육 기획, 독서로의 이해, 독서로 플랫폼 활용 등 실질적인 내용으로 구성됐다.

또, 학교도서관의 도서 구입부터 2024년 개편된 교육부의 독서로 활용까지 변화하는 교육 환경에 맞춘 디지털 콘텐츠를 제공하여 학교도서관 담당자들이 연수 참여 기회를 확대하고 업무 경감을 지원했다.

집필진 구성부터 촬영·편집·최종 검토까지 전문가의 참여로 제작된 4차시의 콘텐츠는 교육연수원의 유튜브 채널에서 누구나 무료로 이용할 수 있다. 

인천시교육청 관계자는 “이번 콘텐츠가 학교 도서관 담당자들의 전문성 신장과 ‘읽걷쓰’ 기반 교육과정 운영에 기여할 것으로 기대한다”며 “앞으로도 교육공동체 모두가 만족하는 학교 현장 지원에 힘쓰겠다”고 말했다.

Incheon Metropolitan Office of Education announced on the 3rd that it will produce microlearning content with the education training institute to strengthen the teaching and learning capacity of school library staff and provide it in earnest starting in January 2025.

According to Incheon Metropolitan Office of Education, this content was produced to strengthen the connection between Incheon Metropolitan Office of Education’s five major educational policies: revitalizing school libraries and ‘reading and writing’ policy, and it consists of practical content such as school library staff work manuals, school library reading education planning, understanding through reading, and utilizing the reading platform.

In addition, by providing digital content that is tailored to the changing educational environment, from purchasing books for school libraries to utilizing the Ministry of Education's reading program that was reorganized in 2024, we expanded opportunities for school library staff to participate in training and supported workload reduction.
