(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 인천계양소방서가 3일 오전 김정헌 소방관이 출근길 중 선로에 쓰러져있는 요구조자를 발견하고 신속히 구조했다고 밝혔다.

소방서에 따르면 계산119안전센터장 김정헌 소방경은 이날 오전 7시 55분께 지하철을 이용하여 출근 중 해당 사고로 지하철이 정차하게 돼 경인교대역 선로에서 쓰러져 있는 요구조자를 목격했다. 

김 소방경은 즉시 현장으로 이동해 요구조자를 구조하기 위한 조치를 시작했다.

당시 요구조자는 스크린 도어를 넘어 선로에 쓰러져 있는 상황이었다. 

다행히 기관사가 확인하고 열차를 미리 정차한 상태였고 김 소방경은 역 부역장과 함께 선로로 내려가 외상을 평가한 뒤 요구조자를 안전하게 승강장으로 옮겼다.

요구조자는 의식에는 문제가 없는 상태였다.

현장 상황은 인천1호선 관제실에서 신고됐고 곧이어 출동한 구조대원과 구급대원이 도착해 안전 조치 후 요구조자를 병원으로 이송했다.

김정헌 소방경은 “더 큰 사고로 이어지지 않아 다행이다”며 “다른 소방관이 현장에 있었더라도 같은 행동을 했을 것”이라고 전했다.
