(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 도성훈 인천시교육감이 2025년 을사년(乙巳年) 신년사를 통해, "2025년의 정책방향을 “학교를 삶으로! 일상을 배움으로!”로 정하고 학생성공시대를 향해 한 걸음 더 나아가겠다."고 밝히며 이를 위해  "학교와 소통하며 현장이 요구하는 맞춤형 지원에 힘쓰겠으며 읽걷쓰 기반의 올바로․결대로․세계로 교육으로 학생성공시대를 한 단계 더 도약시키겠다"고 밝혔다.

다음은 도성훈 인천시교육감의 2025년 을사년(乙巳年) 신년사 전문이다.

신  년  사

존경하는 인천시민 여러분, 사랑하는 교육 가족 여러분!

을사년(乙巳年) 새해가 밝았습니다.

2025년, 소망하시는 일 모두 이루시고,행복한 일만 가득한 한 해 보내시길 바랍니다. 

인천시교육청은 2025년의 정책방향을 “학교를 삶으로! 일상을 배움으로!”로 정하고 학생성공시대를 향해 한 걸음 더 나아가겠습니다.

‘학교 현장 지원 강화’를 바탕으로 하는 ‘읽걷쓰 기반의 올바로․결대로․세계로 교육’으로 교육공동체가 ‘서로 가르치고 배우며 함께 성장’하는 한 해가 되도록 하겠습니다.

첫째, 학교와 소통하며 현장이 요구하는 맞춤형 지원에 힘쓰겠습니다.

특수교육 여건 개선을 시작으로 유․초․중․고 교육 여건 전반을 개선해 가겠습니다. 

특수 과밀학급 해소를 위해 2025년 134개의 학급을 신․증설하고, 중도․중복학급, 특수교사 교권보호와 업무경감, 통합학급 문제도 교육청, 교원단체, 전문가들과 힘을 모아 해결하겠습니다.

유․초․중․고 교육 여건 개선 역시 전담기구를 구성해 실효성 있는 대책을 마련하겠습니다.

이를 위해 현장 교원은 물론 교육공무직원 등 교직원 모두와 소통하며 학교 현장을 함께 개선해 가겠습니다.

학교업무경감을 위해 학교학교지원단의 지원 범위를 기존의 행정과 시설 중심에서 교무학사 영역까지 확대해 나가겠습니다.

교무업무지원과를 신설해 학교 현장체험학습 지원은 물론, 교사 간 맞춤형 컨설팅 지원에도 힘써, 현장의 어려움을 덜겠습니다.

또한, 2026년 7월 인천시 행정구역 개편에 맞춰 교육지원청 개편도 추진하겠습니다. 보다 효율적인 지원, 필요를 채우는 지원이 될 수 있도록 현장과 소통하며 교육지원청을 재구조화하겠습니다.

학교 현장 지원을 위해 즉시 가능한 것은 즉시 시행하고, 시간이 필요한 것은 단계적인 대안을 만들어, ‘인천시교육청 학교 현장 지원 종합 대책’을 상반기 중에 발표하겠습니다.

둘째, 읽걷쓰 기반의 올바로․결대로․세계로 교육으로 학생성공시대를 한 단계 더 도약시키겠습니다.

즐겁게 읽고, 온전히 경험해, 주도적으로 참여하는 읽걷쓰 교육은 교육의 미래이며, 본질입니다.

이것이 읽걷쓰를 올바로, 결대로, 세계로 교육의 기반에 두는 이유입니다.

올바로 교육은 학생들의 인성․시민성 함양을 위한 교육입니다.

올바로배움터를 거점으로 한 체험 중심의 인성․효․예절교육, 자연을 온몸으로 배우는 가족 체류형 농어촌 유학, 평화의 가치를 실천하는 인천형 평화교육으로 앎이 삶이 되는 올바로 교육을 실현해 가겠습니다.

결대로 교육은 학생들 저마다의 잠재역량을 키우는 교육입니다.

세계로국제중고등학교, 결마루미래학교 등 다양한 학교에서 학생들이 ‘나다움’을 찾아 자라도록 돕고, 읽걷쓰 기반의 수업과 평가 혁신으로 삶을 위한 배움을 지원하겠습니다.

또한 고졸 취업 안전망 10년 보장제 법제화에 앞장서 역량 있는 사람이 존중받는 사회가 되도록 앞장서겠습니다.

세계로 교육은 인천을 품고, 세계로 나아가는 교육입니다.

인천길탐방, 바다학교, 인천지역사 교육으로 학생들이 인천을 바로 알 수 있도록 힘쓰고, 인천형 세계시민교육, 글로벌진로과정는 물론 인천 국제교육 교류 사업인 세계로배움학교를 5천 명까지 확대해, 더 큰 세상을 읽고, 걷고, 써 갈 수 있도록 돕겠습니다.
