자료에 따르면, 부문별 동향에서 광공업 생산·출하·재고동향을 보면, 2024년 11월 서울 광공업생산지수는 89.6(2020=100.0)으로 전년동월대비 8.1% 감소했다.

광공업 출하지수는 92.9(2020=100.0)로 전년동월대비 5.9% 감소했다.

제조업 재고지수는 86.9(2020=100.0)로 전년동월대비 0.2% 감소했으며  재고율은 96.7%로 전월대비 8.5%p 하락됐다.

2024년 11월 인천 광공업 생산지수는 128.8(2020=100.0)로 전년동월대비 3.6% 증가했다.

광공업 출하지수는 112.2(2020=100.0)로 전년동월대비 2.9% 감소했다.

제조업 재고지수는 131.0(2020=100.0)으로 전년동월대비 18.8% 증가했으며  재고율은 120.7%로 전월대비 1.4%p 상승했다.

2024년 11월 경기 광공업 생산지수는 145.2(2020=100.0)로 전년동월대비 11.3% 증가했다.

광공업 출하지수는 124.4(2020=100.0)로 전년동월대비 5.9% 증가했다.

제조업 재고지수는 114.9(2020=100.0)로 전년동월대비 18.7% 감소했으며  재고율은 94.7%로 전월대비 9.9%p 하락됐다.

대형소매점 판매동향을 보면, 2024년 11월 서울 대형소매점 판매액지수는 129.6으로 전년동월대비 0.5% 감소했다.

백화점은 전년동월대비 0.1% 증가했으며 대형마트는 전년동월대비 2.4% 감소했다.

2024년 11월 인천대형소매점 판매액지수는 117.2로 전년동월대비 4.8% 증가했다.

대형마트는 전년동월대비 3.2% 증가했다.

2024년 11월 경기 대형소매점 판매액지수는 106.7로전년동월대비 2.6% 감소했다.

백화점은 전년동월대비 5.7% 감소했으며 대형마트 또한 전동월대비 0.3% 감소했다.

건설수주동향을 보면, 2024년 11월 서울 건설수주액은 3조 2,432억원으로 전년동월대비 15.8% 증가했다.

공종별로는 전년동월대비 건축부문 20.5% 감소했으며 토목부문 또한 71.7% 감소했다.

2024년 11월 경기 건설수주액은 7조 879억원으로 전년동월대비 153.2% 증가했다.

공공부문은 신규주택, 발전·송전, 철도·궤도 등의 수주가 늘어  전년동월대비 681.8% 증가했으며  민간부문 또한 신규주택, 사무실, 연구소 등의 수주가 늘어 전년동월대비 34.0% 증가했다.
