(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 인천본부세관이 지난 27일 2024년 ‘올해의 인천세관인’에 이상량 주무관을 선정했다고 밝혔다.

인천본부세관에 따르면, 이상량 주무관은 정부 부처 중 최초로 신변 장신구, 어린이제품 등 초저가 해외직구 제품에서 카드뮴, 납 등 기준치를 최대 700배 초과하는 유해성분 검출을 기획분석으로 확인하고 언론보도를 통해 대 국민 경각심을 제고한 공로를 인정받아 올해의 인천세관인으로 선정됐다.

올해 업무분야별 유공자로는, 인천항 보세구역 내 사고예방을 위한 안전대책을 추진하고 관세청 최대규모의 통합검사장 운영 활성화를 위해 검사인력을 재편하는 등 시설 운영 방안을 마련한 문현준 주무관(통관검사분야)이 선정됐다.,

또, 글로벌 명품업체 등의 관행적 저가신고 행태를 적발하여 240억의 세수를 확보하고 공정거래 질서 확립에 기여한 이정희 주무관(심사분야)과,  건축용 바닥재 수입을 위장해 중국산 가짜 발기부전치료제와위조 국산담배 등을 밀수입한 조직 전원을 검거한 권오식 주무관(조사분야)이 각각 선정됐다.
