(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 한국비교형사법학회가 지난 21일 단국대학교 법학대학에서 2024 동계학술대회를 개최했다.

세션 중 '의료형법에서의 도그마틱의 어려움'이라는 주제로 발표가 있었고, 그 내용중 한약사제도에 대한 언급이 있었다.

논문저자이자 발표자인 단국대법대 이석배교수는 의료법과 형법의 권위자이다.

이석배교수는 한약사제도에 대하여, 1.한의약분업을 위해 정부가 한약사제도를 만들었으나 분업을 안함, 2.한약사는 약국개설자이나 의약품 조제 내지 복약지도범위가 불명확함. 3.한약업사, 건강원 주인보다 못한 범위의 한약직접조제권(한약조제지침서, 100처방)을 지니고 있음

이어 합목적성에 부합하지 않는 정부의 보건의료정책이 신뢰를 잃고 정책주도성을 상실했음을 지적했다.

The Korean Comparative Criminal Law Society held the 2024 Winter Academic Conference at Dankook University Law School on the 21st.

During the session, there was a presentation on the topic of ‘Difficulties of Dogmatics in Medical Criminal Law’, and the Korean Pharmacist System was mentioned in the content.

The author and presenter of the paper, Professor Lee Seok-bae of Dankook University Law School, is an authority on medical law and criminal law.

Professor Lee Seok-bae said about the Korean Pharmacist System, 1.
