(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 계양구가 2일, 2025년 1월부터 본격 운영 예정인 효성수영장의 원활한 개관을 위해 12월 중 모니터링단을 운영한다고 밝혔다. 

계양구에 따르면, 효성동 324-1번지 일원에 들어서는 효성수영장은 지하 2층, 지상 2층, 연면적 8,268.24㎡ 규모로 수영장, 피트니스룸, GX룸 등을 갖춰 12월 중 임시 운영 기간을 갖는다. 

계양구는 임시 운영 기간 동안 주민들의 의견을 적극적으로 반영하기 위해 90명 내외의 모니터링단을 운영할 계획이다. 

모니터링단은 임시 운영 기간 중 시설 운영과 서비스에 관한 다양한 의견과 건의사항 등을 제시하는 역할을 하며 운영 인원은 수영 70명, 헬스 20명이다.

운영 기간은 1차 12월 9일~14일, 2차 12월 16일~21일이며, 신청은 효성수영장 누리집을 통해 온라인으로 신청할 수 있으며, 65세 이상은 현장 신청도 가능하다.

한편, 계양구는 이번 임시운영 기간을 거쳐 12월 중 효성수영장 개관식을 갖고 내년 1월부터 본격 운영에 들어갈 계획이다.

2025년 계양구는 총 95개 분야(노인공익활동사업 4,780명, 노인역량활동사업 920명, 공동체사업단 320명, 취업알선형 40명)에서 6,060명의 어르신에게 일자리를 제공할 계획이다.   

기관별로는 계양구노인인력개발센터 3,011명, 인천계양시니어클럽 1,790명, 계양구노인복지관 254명, 대한노인회계양구지회 255명, 효성·계산·동양노인문화센터 각 250명을 동시에 모집한다.

사업 유형별로는 노인공익활동사업은 65세 이상 기초연금수급자면 신청할 수 있으며, 월 30시간 활동 시 29만 원의 활동비가 지급된다.  

노인역량활동사업은 기초연금수급 여부와 관계없이 65세 이상이면 신청할 수 있으며(일부 사업 60세 이상 신청 가능), 월 60시간 근무 시 약 76만 원의 급여를 받게 된다.

공동체사업단과 취업알선형은 60세 이상 신청할 수 있으며, 근로계약에 따라 근로시간과 급여가 결정된다. 

노인일자리사업에 참여를 희망하는 주민은 신분증과 주민등록등본을 지참해 12월 13일까지 7개 수행기관(계양구노인인력개발센터, 계양시니어클럽, 계양구노인복지관, 대한노인회계양구지회, 효성·계산·동양노인문화센터)에 직접 방문해 신청할 수 있다.
