강회경찰서에 따르면,  이날 협력치안정책은 양도면 이장단, 부녀회장단, 새마을지도자 등 60여명 참석한 가운데, 양도파출소(경감 이현주)와 119구조대, 양도면사무소가 협력해 겨울철 어르신들의 심정지로 인한 사망사고 예방과 함께 벼 집 태우기로 인한 대형산불 피해를 설명했다. 

또, 119구조대의 시현에 따라 어르신들이 몸소 체험하는 동시에 마네킹을 통해 실습을 하면서 갑자기 찾아오는 심정지 발생 대처에 따른 자신감을 얻도록 했다.
