(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 인천시가 30일, 2025년 12월 준공 예정인 ‘(가칭) 영종~신도대교(3.26km)’의 개통에 맞춰 도로와 주차장 조성, 버스노선 신설 등 종합적인 교통대책을 마련하기 위한 제2차 TF 회의를 지난 26일 시청회의실에서 개최했다고 밝혔다.

인천시에 따르면, 이번 회의는 지난 8월 7일 제1차 회의에 이어 교통국장 주관하에 진행됐으며, 인천시 교통 관련 부서, 종합건설본부, 경제청, 옹진군, 중구 등 5개 기관의 10개 부서가 참여했다. 

회의에서는 도로 및 주차장 등의 기반시설 조성, 버스노선 신설, 교차로 정비 등 교통체계 개선을 위해 4개 분야 9개 사업을 나누어 추진 상황과 예산 등을 면밀히 점검하고 논의했다.

또, 과거 무의대교 개통 시의 상황과 경험을 분석하여 신도대교 개통 시 옹진군을 방문하는 시민들에게 편리하고 쾌적한 교통환경을 제공할 수 있도록 정기적으로 회의를 개최하여 준비 상황을 점검할 예정이다.
