(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 부천시가 11일, 안전한 도시를 구현하기 위해 제3종시설물 지정·관리를 위한 실태조사를 실시한다고 밝혔다.

부천시에 따르면, 이번 조사 대상은 사용승인 후 15년 이상 경과한 공동주택, 종교시설, 의료시설 등 일정 규모 이상 건축물 251개소다.

제3종시설물 실태조사는 조사의 효율성과 전문성을 위해 시설물 유지관리 업체와 용역계약을 체결해 이달부터 오는 9월까지 실시할 예정이다.

이번 조사는 설계도서 등 자료 검토 후 외관 조사와 중대한 결함 발생 여부를 점검해 안전상태를 판정하는 방식으로 진행된다. 육안 점검이 어려운 경우에는 시설물 관리주체와 협의해 재료시험 및 비파괴시험 등을 통해 안전상태를 판정한다.

부천시는 조사 결과 ‘지정검토’로 판정된 건축물은 제3종시설물로 지정·고시하고 시설물통합관리시스템(FMS)에 등록해 건축물의 안전상태를 주기적으로 관리할 예정이다.
