(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 인천시가 2일, ‘(가칭)혁신육아복합센터 조직구성 및 운영 관리 방안 연구용역’이 준공됐다고 밝혔다.

인천시에 따르면, 이번 용역은 센터의 특성에 맞는 효율적 운영 방안을 모색하기 위한 것으로 지난해 5월 착수했다. 

앞서 3월 29일 시청 회의실에서 열린, 용역 최종보고회에는 시현정 시 여성가족국장을 비롯해 보육 전문가, 교수, 업무 관련자 등 20여 명이 연구용역 최종보고를 듣고 그동안 도출된 사안의 최종점검 및 다양한 의견을 교환했다. 

혁신육아복합센터는 부평구 부평동 663-41에 연면적 9,538㎡(2,885평)의 규모로, 아이사랑 누리센터(지하2층~지상4층)와 공공산후조리원(지하1층~ 지상3층) 2개 동으로 나뉘어 운영될 예정이다. 

지난해 9월 착공에 들어가 내년 9월 준공 예정으로, 시범 운영을 거쳐 2026년 1월 개관이 목표다. 총사업비는 338억 원을 투입된다.

아이사랑 누리센터에는 영유아와 가족을 위한 야외 물놀이·지진체험장, 영유아 실내놀이 체험관, 전시시설, 돌봄시설, 유아도서관 등이, 공공산후조리원에은 산모실(14개실), 휴식공간, 프로그램 공간을 조성할 예정이다.

이번 연구용역을 진행한 인천여성가족재단은 혁신육아복합센터 운영을 위한 구체적 설립 컨셉과 조직구성 및 운영관리 방안을 마련하기 위해 영유아 부모 및 보육 관련 전문가를 대상으로 실시한 설문조사 결과를 반영했다.
