(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 계양구가  오는 4월 1일부터 7월 30일까지 소규모 건축물 안전관리를 제3종 시설물 지정을 위한 실태조사에 나선다고 밝혔다.

계양구에 따르면, 제1·2종의 중·대규모 시설물과는 달리, 소규모 시설물인 제3종 시설물은 안전관리 사각지대에 놓여 있다. 

계양구는 혹시 모를 안전사고 발생 예방을 위해, 구가 직접 운영하는 안전점검단(건축사, 고급기술자)을 통해 이번 기간 동안 일괄 조사를 실시하기로 했다.

조사 대상은 ‘준공 후 15년 이상 경과된 민간 건축물’ 99개소이며, 계양구 안전점검단이 직접 조사를 수행해, 용역 체결 시 소요되는 예산 5천만 원가량이 절감될 것으로 기대된다.

구는 실태조사 결과, ‘양호’ 등급은 3년에 1회, ‘주의관찰’ 등급은 2년에 1회 이상 자체적인 실태조사를 지속할 계획이다. 

‘지정검토’ 등급의 경우 제3종시설물로 지정되며, 해당 관리주체는 ‘시설물안전법’에 따른 정기안전점검 등을 의무적으로 실시해야 한다.

또한, 계양구가 오는 4월 1일부터 ‘2024년 임산부 교통비 지원 사업’을 추진한다고 밝혔다.

계양구에 따르면, ‘임산부 교통비 지원 사업’은 인천시에서 추진하는 ‘1억 플러스 아이드림’ 정책의 일환으로, 건강한 출산을 지원하기 위해 교통 약자인 임산부에게 지역화폐인 인천e음 포인트 50만 원을 지원하는 사업으로, 사업비는 시와 구가 공동 부담한다. 

지원된 포인트는 인천e음 택시요금과 자가용 유류비로 사용할 수 있으며, 사용기간은 포인트 지급일로부터 1년이다.
