광공업 생산.출하.재고동향을 살펴보면 2024년 2월 서울 광공업 생산지수는 90.0(2020=100.0)으로  전년동월대비 6.0% 감소했다.

광공업 출하지수는 92.3(2020=100.0)으로 전년동월대비 3.7% 감소했다.

제조업 재고지수는 85.0(2020=100.0)으로 전년동월대비 6.7% 감소했으며 재고율은 91.4%로 전월대비 1.3%p 상승했다.

2024년 2월 인천 광공업 생산지수는 128.3(2020=100.0)으로  전년동월대비 19.1% 증가했다.

광공업 출하지수는 109.9(2020=100.0)로 전년동월대비 1.9% 증가했다.

제조업 재고지수는 131.5(2020=100.0)로 전년동월대비 5.5% 감소했으며 재고율은 104.5%로 전월대비 11.4%p 상승했다.

2024년 2월 경기 광공업 생산지수는 120.9(2020=100.0)로  전년동월대비 39.3% 증가했다.

백화점은 전년동월대비 5.4% 증가됐으며 대형마트 또한 전년동월대비 15.5% 증가했다.

2024년 2월 인천 대형소매점 판매액지수는 105.2로 전년동월대비 22.6% 증가했다.

대형마트는 전년동월대비 31.4% 증가했다.

공종별로는 전년동월대비 건축부문은 53.8% 증가한 반면,  토목부문은 91.7% 감소됐다.

2024년 2월 인천 건설수주액은 1조 1,054억원으로 전년동월대비 112.9% 증가했다.

공공부문은 항만·공항, 철도·궤도, 토지조성 등의 수주가 줄어 전년동월대비 33.6% 감소됐다. 

민간부문은 공장·창고, 재개발주택, 기계설치 등의 수주가 늘어 전년동월대비 177.2% 증가했다.

공종별로는 전년동월대비 건축부문은 161.2% 증가한 반면, 토목부문은 19.8% 감소됐다.

2024년 2월 경기 건설수주액은 2조 7,397억원으로 전년동월대비 39.6% 감소했다.

공공부문은 토지조성, 철도·궤도, 재개발주택 등의 수주가 늘어 전년동월대비 274.8% 증가했다.

민간부문은 공장·창고, 기타건축, 발전·송전 등의 수주가 줄어 전년동월대비 58.0% 감소됐다.
