(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 계양구의회가 지난 18일부터 3일간 일정으로 제248회 임시회를 개회하고 본격적인 의사일정에 들어갔다고 밝혔다.

계양구의회에 따르면, 세부 일정으로는 18일 제1차 본회의를 시작으로 19일에는 각 상임위원회별로 조례안 등 10개의 안건을 심사하고, 마지막 날인 20일 제2차 본회의에서 최종 의결할 예정이다.

임시회에 제출된 안건 중 의원발의 조례안은 총 6건으로 계양구의회 의원 공무국외출장 조례 일부개정조례안(이상호 의원), 계양구의회 입법‧법률고문 운영 조례 일부개정조례안(김경식 의원), 계양구 보행권 확보와 보행환경 개선에 관한 조례안(황순남 의원), 계양구 고령운전자 교통사고 예방에 관한 조례안(조덕제 의원), 계양구 반려동물 보호 및 학대방지 조례 전부개정조례안(신정숙 의원), 계양구 건전한 음주문화 환경조성 지원에 관한 조례 일부개정조례안(문미혜 의원)이 제출됐으며, 집행부에서 제출된 4건의 안건도 면밀히 심사 후 의결할 예정이다.

또, 이날 제1차 본회의에서 문미혜 의원은 고질적인 교통체증 해소와 교통권 확대를 위해 서창~김포 고속도로 건설 조기 착공 촉구 결의안을 제안했다.
