(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 부평구시설관리공단(이하 ‘공단’)이 7일, 일상감사 업무의 효율성과 정확성을 높이기 위해 AI 기반 일상감사 상담 챗봇 시스템을 도입·운영한다고 밝혔다.

공단에 따르면, 이번 챗봇 시스템 도입은 내부 규정 해석의 일관성을 확보하고, 사후 지적 중심의 감사 방식이 아닌, 사전 예방 중심의 감사 체계로 전환하기 위한 것으로, 생성형 AI 기술을 활용한 업무 혁신의 일환으로 추진됐다.

공단이 운영하는 AI 기반 일상감사 상담 챗봇은 공단 감사 규정과 내부 사례를 학습한 맞춤형 AI(GPTs 기반)로, 전 직원이 전용 링크를 통해 상시 이용할 수 있다. 

직원들은 별도의 프로그램 설치 없이 웹 화면에서 바로 접속해 일상감사 대상 여부, 절차, 관련 기준 등을 신속하게 확인할 수 있다.

주요 기능으로는 일상감사 대상 여부 및 절차 판단, 일상감사 관련 문서와 산출내역서 사전 검토, 자주 발생하는 감사 지적사항에 대한 사전 점검 및 유의사항 안내 등이 있으며, 공단 규정과 내규를 기준으로 일관된 답변을 제공해 실무 활용도를 높인 것이 특징이다.
