(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 계양구가 오는 16일까지, 구민의 문화예술 향유 기회를 확대하고, 지역 문화예술의 지속 가능한 성장을 함께 이끌어 갈 ‘2026년 상반기 계양구립예술단’ 신규 단원 공개 모집에 따른 접수를 받는다고 밝혔다.

계양구에 따르면, 계양구립예술단은 지역 대표 문화예술 사절단으로서 각종 구 행사와 문화공연에 참여하며, 구민에게 수준 높은 문화예술 공연을 선보여 왔다. 

이번 신규 단원 모집은 예술단의 역량을 한층 강화하고, 다양한 세대의 문화 참여 기회를 확대하기 위해 마련됐다.

모집 분야는 풍물단, 여성합창단(20세 이상 65세 이하), 소년소녀합창단(7세 이상 18세 이하)으로 총 3개 분야이다. 

풍물단은 인천시에 거주하거나 인천시 소재 직장에 다니는 사람, 여성합창단과 소년소녀합창단은 계양구에 거주하거나 계양구 소재 직장 또는 학교에 재직(재학) 중인 사람이면 지원 가능하다. 

각 예술단 모두 주 2회 연습과 수시 공연 참여가 가능해야 한다. 

최종 합격자는 오는 1월 27일 계양구청 누리집을 통해 발표될 예정이며, 선발된 단원은 계양구를 대표해 각종 행사와 공연에 참여하게 된다. 

단원에게는 단복과 간식 제공, 행사 참여시 자원봉사 시간 인정 등의 혜택이 주어진다.

계양구 관계자는 “계양구립예술단은 지역 문화의 품격을 높이고 구민과 문화를 잇는 중요한 역할을 하고 있다.”며, “열정과 재능을 가진 많은 분들이 참여해 계양의 문화적 자부심을 함께 만들어가길 기대한다.”고 밝혔다.
