(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 인천 서구가 구랍 31일, (사)한국공공자치연구원이 주관하는 ‘2025 한국지방자치경쟁력지수(KLCI)’ 평가에서 우수기관으로 선정돼 인증서를 전달받았다고 밝혔다.

서구에 따르면, 한국지방자치경쟁력지수(Korea Local-autonomy Competitiveness Indices, KLCI)는 (사)한국공공자치연구원에서 1996년부터 매년 전국 226개 시(75개)‧군(82개)‧구(69개)를 대상으로 경영자원, 경영활동, 경영성과 3개 부문의 지역경쟁력 수준을 수치화한 지표이다.

서구는 총점 612.8점으로 전국 자치구에서 종합경쟁력 2위를 차지하였고, 특히 경영자원 부문에서는 1위를 받아 다시 한번 서구가 우수한 지방자치 경쟁력을 보유하고 있음을 입증했다.
