주민들은 공원, 주차장의 도시계획 중복 결정 허용 등을 요구했으며, 이에 대해 정성균 시 주거정비과장은 “설치될 시설의 유지·관리 등에 대한 해당 군수·구청장의 의지가 있어야 긍정적인 검토가 가능하다”며 정비사업 관련 실질적인 질문과 답변 등의 시간을 가졌다. 

김대중 위원장은 “이번 간담회를 통해 정비사업 추진 과정의 어려움을 해소하고, 논의된 사항들이 행정에 반영돼 주민이 체감할 수 있는 변화로 이어지도록 시의회와 집행부가 함께 노력하겠다”고 강조했다.
