(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 한국농수산식품유통공사(이하 aT)가 국민주권정부 국정과제와 aT 혁신전략의 이행을 위해 관행적 업무 프로세스를 전면 개편하고, 새해 첫날부터 속도감 있는 업무추진에 나선다.

aT에 따르면, 과거 통상적인 업무 프로세스는 정부 위탁사업 특성상 매년 2월 말에 사업을 본격 시작해 이듬해 2월 말에 마무리되는 형식으로 운영되어왔지만 올해는 정부의 속도감 있는 정책추진에 부응해, 지난 8월부터 11월까지 조직개편 작업을 조기에 진행했다. 

이어 2개월 앞당긴 12월에 정기인사를 단행함으로써 새해 1월 1일부터 사업이 진행될 수 있도록 조직 운영방식 개편을 완료했다.

이를 통해 2026년에는 정부정책 사업을 보다 신속하게 지원해, 국민들의 정책 만족도를 극대화한다는 방침이다.
