(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 인천공항본부세관이 30일, 2025년 한 해 동안 관세행정 발전에 기여한 ‘올해의 인천공항세관인’으로 지종운 주무관을 선정했다고 밝혔다.

인천공항본부세관에 따르면, 이번 선정된 지종운 주무관은 국산 제품으로 가장해 고관세를 회피하려던 11개 업체(3,563억원 상당)를 적발했다. 

또한, 보이스피싱 등 불법자금을 가상자산으로 밀반출한 조직을 검거하는 데 기여해 초국가범죄 대응에 크게 기여한 공로를 높게 평가받았다.

각 업무 분야별 유공자로는 일반행정분야 유공자에는 생성형 AI 기반 개인통관 종합상담시스템을 구축해 24시간 맞춤형 상담 서비스를 마련한 이상환 주무관을 선정했다. 

마약단속분야 유공자에는 국제우편 사상 최대 규모의 메트암페타민(총 39.7kg, 132만 명 동시투약분) 적발을 포함해 한 해 동안 53kg 상당의 마약류를 적발한 김용기 주무관을 선정했다. 

권역내세관분야 유공자에는 김포공항세관 최대 규모 마약류(24kg) 밀수업자를 구속하고, 장어치어 밀수 조직을 검거한 박진철 주무관을 선정했다.

또한, 12월의 인천공항세관인으로는 체내에 은닉하여 마약을 밀수하려한 피의자를 적극적으로 검사하여 MDMA 175.13g을 적발한 김선욱 주무관을 선정했다. 

분야별 유공자로는 수출입통관분야 유공자에 김정숙 주무관, 여행자통관분야 유공자에 백솜이 주무관, 마약단속분야 유공자에 이인구 주무관을 선정했다.
