(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 부천시가 오는 31일 종무식에서 한 해 동안 최고의 성과를 낸 정책을 선정해 ‘2025년 적극행정 우수공무원 행정대상’을 수여한다고 밝혔다.

부천시에 따르면,‘적극행정 행정대상’은 부천시가 매년 추진한 정책 가운데 시민 삶의 질 향상과 시정 발전에 실질적으로 기여한 우수 사례를 발굴해 포상하는 제도다. 

부천시는 올해부터 사업 분야 구분 없이 단 1건의 최우수 정책만을 선정하는 방식으로 제도를 개편하고, 성과 중심의 보상 체계를 한층 강화했다.

심사는 시민생활 향상, 시정발전 기여도, 정책 난이도, 창의성(각 25%)의 정량 지표를 기준으로 진행됐으며, 시민 설문조사, 실무자 평가, 직원 청중 평가를 거쳐 민관이 함께 참여한 적극행정위원회의 심의로 최종 결정됐다.

최우수 정책으로 선정된 사업은 부천시 도시개발과가 추진한 ‘공유재산 효율화 및 세외수입 증대’ 정책이다. 

부천시는 유휴 공유재산에 대한 전략적 활용과 과감한 실행을 통해 110억 원 규모의 세외수입을 창출해 적극행정의 대표 사례로 인정했다.

선정된 정책을 추진한 담당 팀장과 실무자에게는 포상금과 특별휴가, 표창패 등이 수여된다. 

부천시는 이를 통해 실무자의 동기를 높이고, 적극행정 문화를 확산할 계획이다. 이와 함께 앞으로도 최우수 정책을 부천시 홈페이지에 공개하고, 적극행정 우수사례를 지속 발굴해 전 부서로 확산해 나갈 방침이다.

이성동 부천시 정책기획과장은 “올해 행정대상은 성과 중심의 선발과 함께, 심사 전 과정의 공정성과 투명성을 핵심 가치로 삼았다”며 “앞으로도 시민이 실질적으로 체감할 수 있는 정책을 지속적으로 만들어가겠다”고 말했다.
