(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 부평구가 1일,  친환경 보일러 설치·교체 보조금 지원 사업 신청 기간을 오는 12일까지로 연장한다고 밝혔다.

부평구에 따르면, 이번 기간에는 구청 6층 환경보전과 방문 또는 우편을 통해서만 신청할 수 있다.

온라인 접수창구 에코스퀘어를 통한 신청은 물량 소진으로 인해 접수할 수 없다.

지원 대상은 기초생활수급권자, 차상위계층, 한부모가족, 건강보험료 본인부담금 납부액 기준 중위소득 100% 이하 다자녀(18세 이하 자녀가 포함된 2자녀 이상)가정 및 사회복지사업법상 아동·노인·장애인 복지시설 등이다.

부평구는 보일러 1대당 60만원을 지원한다. 

설치(제조)일로부터 3년이 넘은 가정용 일반 보일러를 올해 안에 친환경 보일러로 교체할 경우 신청할 수 있다. 

교체 보일러는 환경표지 인증이 유효한 제품이어야 하며 12월1일 기준 잔여 물량은 30대이다.

부평구 관계자는 “이번 사업이 내년부터 완전히 폐지되는 점을 감안해 올해 안에 서둘러 친환경보일러로 설치·교체 하시길 바란다”며 “잔여 물량이 부족하니 사전 연락을 통해 확인 후 지원받으시길 바란다”고 당부했다.
